Today’s episode is all about the communities we form, from toddler groups to just clicking with another parent who just gets it… and drinking lukewarm tea in all circumstances.

Today Rachel, Sarah and Lucy are putting Trauma behind them (or pretending to) and moving on to Communities and Connection. We’ve got all the usual laughter and humour, Sarah has a new house and a new hoover - it’s all go and it’s all good!

We also cover the complexity that sometimes comes with random acts of kindness.
